Are there existing UPS’s in place now if so when they are removed where are they to be taken?

This are additional UPS’s – none will be removed

Can we stage these during normal business hours and what time is considered “off” hours that we can power down the equipment to plug into the new UPS’s? Can we staged during normal hours?

3:00 P.M. at Elementary and 3:30 P.M. for Middle School and High School

What level of configuration are you looking for on the NET cards?

Typical install is location and IP is this sufficient?


Will we have a dedicated contact person for all locations?

No, contact will be from the Technology Office

Will all the UPS’s be shipped to a central location and need to be distributed to final destinations by the installers?

Shipped to Technology Office and will need to be delivered

Just making sure if you need network cards or not for these UPS units on your 470.
